The Service is established and operated by Macrokiosk Taiwan (hereinafter referred to as “the Website”) on behalf of the principal. Both the Service and the Website’s products are governed by these Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as “these Terms”). Visitor and Member Terms

General Visitors

If you accept these Terms on behalf of your employer or other legal entity, you declare and warrant that you have the full legal right to ensure your employer or other legal entity will be bound by these Terms and will fully perform all obligations under these Terms.

If you are under the age of twenty, you must have your legal representative or guardian read, understand, and agree to all contents of these Terms and any subsequent modifications before you can register as a member. When you complete registration as a member, it shall be deemed that you have warranted to the Website that you have obtained the prior consent of your legal representative or guardian.

Member Rights

Upon registering as a member of the Service, the Service provides free services including, but not limited to:

• Newsletter subscription

If a member of the Service wishes to use paid products and services, the rights and obligations of both parties shall be separately agreed upon according to the individual product and service plan terms. Members must read the Paid Content Service Terms and complete the ordering procedure before they can enjoy the paid products and services.

Account Security

The Website currently uses third-party login functions (Google/Facebook/Apple) and does not record login passwords or any data during the login process.

If you discover that your membership account or password has been illegally stolen or improperly used, or if you discover security vulnerabilities in the Website’s administration, you should immediately notify the Website and assist in providing specific evidence. However, any corresponding measures taken by the Website are for the purpose of protecting member rights and do not constitute an express or implied warranty or compensation liability towards you. The Website shall not be liable for compensation if a member’s account or password is illegally used by others.

If you use a public computer or related equipment to access the Service, please log out of your member account after use. The Website is unable and unwilling to be responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this provision.

User Conduct

The Service and Website are public spaces, and you are solely responsible for all legal liabilities arising from your actions on the Service and Website. • You may not post, transmit, or reproduce any content protected by copyright, trademark, or other related information without the consent of the rights holder.

• You may not use any manual or automatic method or apply other automatic search software or equipment to crawl, collect, index, or mine the content and member data of the Service, or reproduce or circumvent the normal browsing structure and presentation mode of the Service content in any way.

• You may not post, transmit, or distribute software viruses or similar malicious computer programming languages, files, or procedures.

• You may not forge email headers or otherwise alter other email information to interfere with or disguise the determination of information source.

• You may not claim or use computer programs or other device methods to pretend to be associated with the Service, Website, or other services, thereby misleading others to visit different websites.

• You may not modify, rewrite, translate, sell, or use reverse engineering methods to dismantle or crack any part of the content, technology, or software of the Service and Website or other services.

If you engage in any of the Prohibited Conduct in this section while using the Service, the Website reserves the right to suspend or terminate your use of the Service, and you shall bear all legal liabilities.

To ensure the safety of children and adolescents using the internet and to prevent the invasion of privacy, parents or guardians should fulfill the following obligations:

Indemnity

You understand and agree to be responsible for your actions when using any service provided by this Website and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Website and its partners from any claim or demand arising from your conduct on the Service. If any third party files a claim or request arising or resulting from your use of the Service, your User Content provided, posted, or transmitted via the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any other person’s rights, you agree to bear all legal liabilities and indemnify the Website and its partners for any resulting damages, and assist in resolving disputes.

Provided Services

1. Video Courses: Members can purchase “time-limited” or “permanent viewing” video course content on the Website with a one-time payment. After the online course “starts,” members can select the course units they wish to view and study. Upon expiration of the time-limited course viewing rights, the member will not be able to continue watching the course and may repurchase the audiovisual use rights for the course.

2. Subscription Columns: Members can subscribe and view the knowledge content of the project initiator on the Website with a “periodic” payment. The audiovisual use period for one subscription term is 30 days. If the member fails to “renew” before the 30-day period expires, they will lose the right to use and view the column.

Transaction Behavior and Refund Policy

1. When a member purchases a paid course provided by the Website, they should follow the confirmation mechanism for product quantity and price provided by the Website.

2. When a member purchases a paid course provided by the Website, they may exercise their rights in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law. When there is doubt about these Terms of Service due to the member’s transaction behavior, the interpretation should favor the consumer.

3. According to Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Law, digital content or services can be immediately viewed by consumers once provided. Therefore, they do not fall within the scope of the Consumer Protection Law’s 7-day cooling-off period. Please confirm the course content through the trial video before confirming payment.

4. Regarding the “Content Subscription” (Column) provided by the Website: since the member can view all column content immediately upon payment, and even if the subscription for the next term is canceled, the member will be granted full reading rights for the current term (one term being 30 days). Therefore, the Website will not process refund requests based on personal factors.

5. Following the above, if you have a legitimate reason to apply for a refund, please submit the refund application via “Email ([email protected]).” To strictly confirm identity, please use the account mailbox used to purchase the Website’s course. After confirming eligibility for the aforementioned refund, send an email to the customer service mailbox explaining the reason for the refund, complete the refund procedure according to the instructions and regulations, and wait for the Website to complete the refund matters. The refund application email format is as follows:

6. Following the above, the standard for determining whether the refund time is overdue will be based on the “Time the Refund Application Email was Sent.”

Miscellaneous

These Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and other related terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Website and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and the Website.

If any part or provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, it shall not affect the validity of the other provisions.

The interpretation and application of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). In case of a dispute, both parties agree to first negotiate in good faith. If negotiation fails and legal action is pursued, both parties agree that the Taiwan Taipei District Court shall be the court of first instance jurisdiction.
